Charity Support SEND Kids, founded 4 years ago, brings together lawyers, families with lived experience and other SEND professionals to support SEND families with getting the right educational support for their children.
They came to us for initial user experience research during the set up phase of the charity's inception. This provided the user knowledge needed for the brand creation phase. The branding utilises overlaid speech bubbles to represent the exchange of advice that this charity offers. Within the intersect, a child depicted by the letter 'K', reaches for a successful outcome.
The brand rollout included concept work for social media posts, fund raising and print materials.
Our relationship with this charity continues, with evolving social media campaigns, fund raising and research projects. Close attention to data produced by visitors to the website and on social media help evaluate success and surface user concerns.
