PROJECT introduction
Charity Support SEND Kids, founded during lockdown, brings together lawyers, families with lived experience and other SEND professionals to support SEND families to get the right educational support for their children. They came to us for initial user experience research during the set up phase of the charity's inception. This provided the user knowledge needed for the brand creation phase. PROJECT delivery The logo depicts overlaid speech bubbles to represent the exchange of advice that this charity offers. Within the intersect, a child, indicated by the letter 'K', reaches for a successful outcome. The brand rollout included concept work for social media posts, fund raising and print materials. Our relationship with this charity continues, with evolving social media campaigns, fund raising and research projects. Close attention to website and social media visitor data help evaluate success, surface user concerns and future trends. PROJECT results Year on year user engagement grows exponentially. Visits to the website in 2024 equalled the sum of visits in the previous three years. Press attention, awards and engagement with key players in the Dept of Education are just some of the ways of measuring success of what the charity does and how we communicate that across the brand landscape. |
