From MVP to current advances in AI, UX design and user strategy have been delivered as part of the tech team for SenateSense, a Q&A legal knowledge sharing platform, which delivers for SMEs, corporate and charity sectors
PROJECT introduction
Long term client SenateSense is a legal tech company. Their Q&A knowledge sharing platform is designed to share legal answers one to many, bringing legally accurate responses to a wider number of users, faster. It was conceived as a product for internal legal teams within large corporations. It has also been adopted by charities, who have barristers offering their time pro bono, give legally precise answers to those in need. We have worked alongside the tech team at SenateSense since MVP soon after inception. We deliver user behaviour analysis, develop and deliver UX design and product innovation. PROJECT delivery UX research and user strategy informs our approach, including communications on social media, marketing and pitch materials. Recent UX work included expanding the brand to integrate video hosting platform SenateTalk. Most recently we have developed a new AI feature: lawyers' drafting tool. This allows lawyers to interrogate a closed iteration of Chat GPT to create a draft answer based only on existing approved answers within the platform. This speeds up their answering process yet ensures human checks and 100% accuracy. The work requires collaborating across several outsourced teams. Using Slack, Azure and Figma to communicate design and technical integrations and development. We operate a weekly sprint process during the development. User experience lead design ensures that the design ideas, tech development and business goals remain aligned throughout the iterative process of bringing this revolutionary platform to a wider market. |
